Exchanges are possible under the following two conditions

- If the product has been damaged.
- Slight color differences may occur due to monitor specifications.
- Damage, deterioration, or loss caused by the customer or the delivery service.
- If the packaging is opened or damaged, leading to loss of product value.
- If the product's value decreases due to customer use or partial consumption.
- If the product’s value has significantly decreased over time, making resale difficult.
- Exchange requests made after 7 days from delivery.
