REVATION, a company specializing in eco-friendly packaging solutions, has achieved a remarkable milestone with the arlt Paper Cleaner,
winning the Grand Prize (13th place) at the international design competition ‘Seoul Design Awards 2025’,
the highest ranking among South Korean companies.
The arlt Paper Cleaner is the world’s first tape cleaner made entirely from paper,
completely free of plastic. Developed in collaboration with Yuhan-Kimberly,
it combines a specialized tape technology that minimizes fabric damage with sophisticated high-end design,
overcoming the limitations of traditional plastic-based cleaners.
The product has already been recognized by premium customers domestically
and internationally, including in the U.S. market at Erewhon.

The Seoul Design Awards is an international design prize awarded to projects
that contribute to a sustainable everyday life, promoting a harmonious relationship between people, society, and the environment.
Since being selected as a UNESCO Creative City of Design in 2010,
Seoul has actively pursued solutions to social issues and the achievement of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through design.
Launched in 2019, the award receives entries from over 80 countries annually,
with design leaders from around 20 countries participating in the judging process,
making it the world’s only public-oriented sustainable design award.
A REVATION representative stated:
“This award recognizes not just the creation of an eco-friendly product,
but also our contribution to solving environmental issues and promoting a sustainable lifestyle through design on an international level.
Moving forward, we will continue to collaborate with brands to deliver innovative design solutions that realize ESG goals.”
